The developed basement in the home we had just bought flooded our first two winters there. In May 2013 Nl Basement Systems installed their system. We've had a dry, cosey basement ever since. The installation service we received was first class and it only took three days.

By the time we found out about NL Basement Systems, my husband and I had already spent thousands of dollars and many years trying to find a solution to our repeatedly flooding basement. We called, and Bruce came out to examine our home and offer his professional opinion on our particular issues. He gave us many references and walked through the process step by step. The crew showed up on time, and were professional, efficient and friendly. They welcomed our presence while they were working and answered all of our questions, and worked straight through until the job was completed. Since that time we have experienced repeated winter storms, drastic frozen temperatures, prolonged power outages, rolling blackouts and a January thaw that would definitely have left us sinking this time last year. We are very pleased to say we haven’t got a drop of water in our basement and we are very busy putting the space to good use for the first time in 10 years!
After 11 years we can finally watch movies in our rec room or sit and play game in from of our pellet stove - on the floor!!! Thank you is not a strong enough word
